PROGRAM OF COMPREHENSIVE ASSISTANCE FOR FAMILY CAREGIVERS (PCAFC) Requires a veteran or servicemember to have served on/after September 11, 2001 OR on/before May 7, 1975 to: Have a serious injury/illness that was incurred/aggravated in the line of duty Have at least a 70% SC [single or combined] AND Be in need of daily personal care services based on an inability to perform an ADL each time it is performed. AND/OR Have a need for supervision, protection, or instruction.
