Suzanne (Suzi) Krafft is the Acting Associate Director. Ms. Krafft began her career at VA Central Western MA in 2007 as a Program Analyst for the Colorectal Cancer Prevention Initiative. Since then she has served in various roles including Analyst and Systems Redesign Coordinator for Quality Management and as a Clinical Application Coordinator for the station and VISN. In 2014, Ms. Krafft was selected as the Chief of Logistics where she has worked diligently to re-establish the Logistics Service. Over the past eight years she has dedicated herself to improving the services provided by Logistics, ensuring that all staff and Veterans have the supplies and support needed to carry out the mission.

Suzi was raised in a military family and lived in Scotland and Turkey as a Naval dependent. After completing high school in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross while also getting commissioned as an Ensign in the United States Navy through the college NROTC scholarship program. Upon graduating Navy Supply Corps School, ENS Krafft joined the crew of the USS BONHOMME RICHARD (LHD 6) for its maiden deployment to the Persian Gulf. In her leisure time, Suzi and her husband stay busy raising four boys and hiking with their dog, Dakotah.
