Comprehensive evaluation and treatment planning by an interdisciplinary team of Anesthesiologists/Physiatrists (MD), Physician Assistants (PA), & Nurse Practitioners (NP) Pain Pharmacists (PharmD) - Prescribing and optimizing your use of medications, reducing the risk of unintended side effects, and ordering complimentary treatments when necessary Pain Psychologists (PhD) - Offering evidence-based psychological treatments: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Chronic Pain (CBT-CP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Chronic Pain (ACT) , aimed at improving quality of life and reducing interference from chronic pain Pain Physical Therapy (PT) — Developing an individualized program for self-management of bone, muscle, and joint pain to improve safety and quality of life.
