Mr. Cagle has over 5 years’ experience in VA Healthcare Administration. At his home station, Cincinnati VA Medical Center he serves as the Senior Strategic Business Partner in Human Resource Management Service.

Mr. Cagle has held other roles including Chief of Human Resources at Black Hills VA Medical Center. Mr. Cagle graduated from McKendree University with his MBA, emphasis in HR and Webster University with a master’s in Human Resources Management.

Prior to joining the VA, Mr. Cagle spent 34 years working in the Department of Defense as both a soldier and civilian employee. Mr. Cagle and his wife have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
