If a Veteran needs a first, second, or third shot (the third shot is for people who are immunocompromised), they can:

  • Contact their Primary Care team, or
  • Call 866-808-7921 to schedule an appointment at an upcoming vaccine clinic.

If a Veteran needs a BOOSTER shot (the one that comes after you are already done with your initial vaccine series), call 866-808-7921 to schedule an appointment in the vaccine clinic.

  • Veterans may also get vaccinated – free of charge – from a VA Community Care Network provider such as Costco, CVS, or Walmart.

Please note that Veterans MUST BRING THEIR VACCINATION CARD from their previous COVID-19 vaccine dose in order to receive a 2nd, 3rd or booster shot. If the Veteran lost the card, contact the last COVID-19 vaccine provider for documentation.

  • The last Pfizer / Moderna dose must have been administered at least six months ago  & at least two months for J&J / Janssen.

Masks and physical distancing are still required at our facilities.
