The TBI/Polytrauma Clinic Team offers complete evaluation for possible traumatic brain injury (concussion) and related symptoms. Individual treatment planning and educational information is provided at every evaluation. Case management is available for each Veteran to ensure that all necessary services are received to promote his or her recovery. If necessary, referrals can be made to other disciplines including: Neurology, Audiology, Speech, Occupational, or Physical Therapy, and/or Behavioral Health (for issues such as depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). We offer:

  • Physical, visual, and cognitive rehabilitation
  • State-of-the-art prosthetics
  • Psychological and psychosocial services
  • Ongoing case management services
