Mr. Spaulding has been successful in leading results-driven progress in both the outpatient and inpatient areas of health care for over 20 years.

Mr. Spaulding joined the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC in January 2009 as an outpatient unit manager. He served in that role for 5 years and implemented several programmatic and infrastructure changes that were instrumental in the successful operation of the Indianapolis Ambulatory Care program. Mr. Spaulding went on to serve as the Chief of Inpatient Medicine Service for about 6 years before being selected to his current role. Mr. Spaulding earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing as well as a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) with a concentration in health care.
