Mrs. Ginsberg previously served as the Medical Center Director of the Marion, IL VA Health Care System since October 2016. From September 2011 until her appointment, Mrs. Ginsberg served as Associate Director of Patient Care Services at the VA Black Hills Health Care System in South Dakota. She also served as Acting Medical Center Director at the VA Black Hills Health Care System from February 2015 to August 2015. From April 2008 to September 2011, she served as the Designated Learning Officer and Acting Associate Director for Patient Care Services/Chief Nurse Executive at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center in Cheyenne, WY.

Mrs. Ginsberg holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing in New York, NY.
