Ms. Ware began her career in the VA in October of 2007. She has held several roles at VA Maine to include Infection Preventionist, Chief of Education and Quality Management Chief. Previously, Ms. Ware held positions in the private sector focusing on Public Health and Infection Prevention.

Ms. Ware obtained a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 1989 from the University of Vermont and went on to obtain a Masters in Public Health from the University of New England in 2010.

Ms. Ware chose to serve the Veterans of Maine to honor her grandfather who served in World War II and her father who served in Vietnam. She is honored to be part of VA Maine’s Leadership team serving all of Maine’s Veterans.
