Responsibilities include: coordination and supervision of: Critical Care, Medical/Surgical, Community Living Centers, Same Day Surgery/Ambulatory Procedures, Operating Room/Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Education/Learning Resource Service, Nutrition and Food Service, and Central Instrument Processing. She is a Quadrad member responsible for the delivery of health care for the 467-bed medical center. Her Department of Veterans Affairs career began in 2012 as Associate Chief Nurse of Geriatrics and Long Term Care. In 2015 she became the interim Associate Director, Patient Care Services. Sullivan holds a Master of Science degree in Health Services Leadership and Management at University of Maryland School of Nursing. She maintains a registered nurse license in Maryland, licensed nursing home administrator and is ANCC board-certified nurse executive.
