Carissa Popp, PharmD, MSLD, is originally from Lakeville, Minnesota. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy and Masters of Science in Leadership Development degrees from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Her interests lie in mental health, academia, and volunteering when she can. After completion of her PGY-1, Carissa plans to pursue a PGY-2 in mental health with the ability to precept and/or teach students. In her spare time, Carissa enjoys playing board games, trying out new things, and traveling to fun places. Lastly, and most importantly, she is a huge Disney fan!
