Casie Yentz, PharmD graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. Post-residency, she spent four years working at Froedtert Hospital as an ambulatory clinic pharmacist. At Froedtert her practice included working with the Advanced Heart Failure team and general cardiology, smoking cessation counseling, and anticoagulation management. She is currently a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Primary Care where she serves as a preceptor for students and residents. Her practice interests include anticoagulation, heart failure, chronic disease state management, hyperlipidemia, and smoking cessation.
