Mirella Sabol, PharmD, BCPS received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. She currently is the Spinal Cord Injury Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at the Clement J. Zablocki VA and has become a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist. She rounds with the inpatient SCI medical teams in addition to being actively involved in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and SCI annual exams for the outpatient SCI primary care clinic. Dr. Sabol is the preceptor for the elective Spinal Cord Injury rotation for the PGY-1 pharmacy practice and PGY-2 Internal Medicine residency programs, respectively. She also precepts IPPE and APPE students from various pharmacy schools. Her practice interests are Spinal Cord Injury and Disease pharmacotherapy, pain management, infectious disease and teaching.  She received her Yellow Belt/LEAN certification in 2021. Currently, Dr. Sabol sits as Chair of the Awards and Recognition Committee for the Zablocki VAMC
