He served previously as the Chief of Staff for the Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (SORCC). Dr. Dhanani began his VA career in 1994 as the Director, Geriatric Evaluation & Management Unit at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS). He continued his service to the VAGLAHS as the Associate Chief of Staff, Geriatrics & Extended Care and Clinical Professor of Medicine/Geriatrics at the University of California, Los Angeles from 2010 through 2015, when he became the Chief of Staff at the SORCC. Dr. Dhanani is a Board-certified Internist with sub-specialty training in Geriatric and Pulmonary Medicine. He was the Associate Chief of Staff for Geriatrics and Extended Care at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
