Ms. Eardley has over 40 years of nursing and leadership experience. Prior to her current role, she served as the Chief, Office of Practice Innovation. She has also served as the Clinical Coordinator, Specialty Care; Nurse Manager, Outpatient Specialty Clinics; and Nursing Instructor at the Dayton VAMC. Prior to her arrival at the Dayton VAMC, she served the VA as Associate Chief Nursing Service/Education in Lake City, FL; nursing instructor in Columbia, MO; and Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) staff nurse in Columbia, MO. Prior to her VA service, Ms. Eardley was a staff nurse in the SICU in both San Diego, CA and Kansas City, MO.

Ms. Eardley holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Bob, have one adult child and reside in Fairborn, Ohio.
