He first joined the VA family in 2011 as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Organization Consulting and Development for VHA's National Center for Organization Development (OD). Dr. Dewberry worked his way up to Organizational Development Psychologist and then became the National Manager for the VHA OD Professional Affiliate Network from 2014 - 2019, when he was selected for the Assistant Director position.

Dr. Dewberry graduated Magna Cum Laude from Liberty University with his BS in Psychology and earned the school's Outstanding Senior Honor's Thesis. He completed his PsyD in Clinical Psychology at Regent University. Dr. Dewberry has been a member of the Society of Consulting Psychology for 12 years and is also a member of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Dewberry is an active member of the Ohio Psychological Association where he just led the completion of the association's 5 year (2019-2024) strategic plan.
