Previously, she served for 12 years at the James A. Haley VA Medical Center in Tampa, Florida as the Chief Nurse for Acute Care. She holds an adjunct faculty appointment with Case Western Reserve University Francis Payne Bolton (FPB) School of Nursing and is the Chair of the FPB Chief Nursing Officer Advisory Council. Dr. Sarduy is also on the advisor y council for Ursuline and Notre Dame Colleges’ Schools of Nursing. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rush University in Chicago and a Master of Public Health Policy and Management from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables and is board certified as Nurse Executive, Advanced by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
