He moved to Northeast Ohio to become the Associate Director of the healthcare system in 2014. Mr. Pacyna started his career with VA as a Graduate Health Administration Training Program (GHATP) Resident at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. After completing his training and first position at the Syracuse VA, Mr. Pacyna went on to hold positions with VA Maryland Health Care System and the Clement J. Zablockie VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. Mr. Pacyna also served as the Acting Medical Center Director for VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System in 2017 and Dayton VA Medical Center in 2019.
