She came to Northeast Ohio from Bath VA Medical Center in New York where she was the Care Line Manager for the Medical Service and the Diagnostics and Therapeutics Service. Ms. Lumia served as the VA Care in the Community Program Manager as well. She started her career with VA in 2003 as a social worker, has accepted several national details in Washington, D.C., and served as the Acting Associate Director for the Erie VA Medical Center in Pennsylvania in 2013. Ms. Lumia served as the Acting Director for Chillicothe VA Medical Center in 2019, and currently leads VANEOHS’s COVID-19 Incident Command.
