Ms. Craige has 33 years of VA experience in a variety of roles including staff nurse, nurse manager, CBOC Director, System Redesign Coordinator and most recently Associate Chief Nurse for Ambulatory and Specialty Care at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Craige earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University and her Masters Degree in Nursing Leadership and Management from Drexel University. She is board certified as Nurse Executive - Advanced and in Ambulatory Care Nursing. She is a certified VA mentor at the fellow level and is a graduate of the 2008 class of the Network Executive Healthcare Leadership Institute (NEHCLI). Ms. Craige has a particular interest in emergency management and preparedness. She is an active member of the VA DEMPS team having been deployed as part of Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Over the last several years, she held key leadership roles in high profile initiatives at the VA Medical Center in Philadelphia. She was Vice-Chair for the Medical Division for the 2014 National Veteran Wheelchair Games and was the VA facility planner and Incident Commander for the 2015 Philadelphia Papal Visit.
