If you have symptoms of fever, cough, and shortness of breath, please call 814-868-8661, and press 3 before visiting our facilities.

Prepare for a visit: Everyone who enters our facilities is screened, must wear a mask, maintain social distancing, and visitors are limited. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided. 

Contact us before you visit: For some needs, we may be able to provide care by phone or video.

COVID-19 vaccines: All Veterans, spouses, and caregivers are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.

VA Erie Health Care currently offers Moderna vaccine. COVID-19 Vaccines are available via appointment. Walk-ins are available, yet appointments are preferred. 

Please call 814-868-8661, press 2 to schedule your vaccine appointment. Upon arrival to the clinic, you may need to wait for staff to prepare your shot. Your patience is appreciated.
