I grew up in Des Moines, Iowa. I went to the University of Iowa and received a BA in Health and Human Physiology prior to completing my PharmD there. I was looking for a new adventure and I was drawn to the beauty that Utah has to offer and the connection I felt with the VA Salt Lake City HCS during my interview. I am excited to work with Veterans, meet new people, and learn a lot during my residency year. Outside of pharmacy, I will be taking the opportunities to explore the new city, go hiking, and learn to ski!
