As well as being one of the LGBTQ+ Veteran care coordinators, I am also the administrative officer for Social Work Service and the Decedent Affairs manager. I have extensive experience in the VA health care system, having been the program support assistant (PSA) for Mental Health training programs, the PSA for Pharmacy Service, an advanced medical support assistant with Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology, and a medical support assistant with the Patient Services Unit. Prior to joining VA Portland, I was an administrative assistant with the University of Texas at Arlington Office of Veterans Affairs. I am a decorated Veteran of the U.S. Army, where I served as an intelligence analyst, including a Kosovo deployment and a rotation in Korea.
