Ladutko grew up in Connecticut and received her undergraduate and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeastern University school of Pharmacy in Boston, Massachusetts in 2015. She completed both PGY-1 general practice pharmacy residency and PGY-2 mental health pharmacy residency at the VA Salt Lake City Healthcare System.

She is currently working in the outpatient geriatric clinics at the VVA Salt Lake City Healthcare System. Other interests include ultimate frisbee, sand volleyball, hiking, biking, and traveling.
