Pharmacy Residency Program – Descriptions

PGY1 Program Description

The James A Haley Veterans’ Hospital (JAHVH) will offer four, ASHP-accredited, Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) pharmacy residency positions for 2023-2024.

Program Director

Program Purpose:

PGY1 residency programs build upon Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) education and outcomes to develop pharmacist practitioners with knowledge, skills, and abilities as defined in the educational competency areas, goals, and objectives.
