VA Northern Indiana will host an enrollment fair for the VA Hoosier Clinic. Veterans can enroll with VA for their health care and receive a COVID-19 booster shot.

For enrollment, please bring a copy of your DD-214 and an Annual Income Estimate.

To receive a COVID-19 booster shot, please bring your vaccination card.
