Community Living Center Visitations:  

• Visitations are between the hours of  6:00 am and 10:00 pm.
• Outbreak Status: Only 1 visitor per resident at a time (but special permission will be granted to any visitor requiring assistance due to cognitive impairment or physical disability to allow an additional visitor to accompany them).
• Stages 1, 2, and 3: Only 2 visitors per resident at a time.
• Visitation does not need to be scheduled.
• Visitors must wear facemasks and use hand sanitizer when entering & exiting CLC.
• Visitors must sign in and be screened at the Nurse's Station on the unit.
• No visitors under the age of 18.
