and went on to complete her internal medicine residency at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital. She completed her chief year at the DC VA Medical Center and Georgetown University servicing as a Chief Resident in Quality and Safety. She holds an academic appointment at as Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Her interests include medical education and quality improvement with a specific focus on rapid response systems.
