Mr. Fong was the Program Manager for the VHA Office of Healthcare Transformation. He combines his expertise in Process/Performance Improvement, more specifically Lean Management System, with Program Management and Change Management to effectively and efficiently drive change/improvements to world-class results. He is an enterprise leader with over 19 years of proven experience in the nation’s largest integrated healthcare system.

Mr. Fong served as the Acting Assistant Director at VA Eastern Kansas Health Care System, where he managed a budget of $60 Million and over 500 staff working in the Business Office, Canteen, Chaplain, Environmental Management Services, Nutrition and Food Service, Police, Prosthetics, and Veterans Experience Office.

Mr. Fong served as the Network Systems Redesign Officer for Veterans Integrated Service Network 11, 10, and 18, and the Health Systems Specialist for Veterans Integrated Service Network 2. He has also worked as the Network Strategic Planner, Press Ganey Project Manager, All Employee Survey Coordinator, and Chief of Fiscal/Financial Manager for Albany VAMC.
