As Chief of Staff, Dr. Eagleson oversees all medical staff including physicians, dentists, specialists, psychiatrists, psychologists, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Additionally, he supervises support services including pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, education and staff development, research service, office of care coordination, and credentialing and privileging.

Certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine (EM) and Occupational Environmental Health, Dr. Eagleson began his VA career in 2007 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center (VAMC). There he served first as a staff EM physician and a short time later he was named the EM service chief. In 2011, he assumed the post of Associate Chief of Staff (ACOS) for Clinical support, and he was appointed the ACOS for Lebanon VAMC’s Community Clinics in 2018.
