Grace Link, a native of Mexico, is a highly experienced leader with an extensive background in supervisory healthcare engineering with an emphasis in facilities and emergency management. She currently serves as the Chief of Facilities Management at the Harry S. Truman VA Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. She also formerly served as the Executive Director of the Missouri Veterans Commission.
Ms. Link served over 34 years in the United States Air Force, including tours during Operation Enduring Freedom at Joint Task Force Guantanamo as the Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force Commander. She is currently serving in the USAF Reserves as a Regional Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer for FEMA Region 7.
Ms. Link earned Master of Health Administration from University of Missouri-Columbia, her Master of Science Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and her Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Missouri Western State College.
Grace has been married to Scott, Air Force Veteran and retired middle school science teacher, for 35 years! Her daughter Zoe is also an Air Force Veteran in contracting and a software engineer. Her son Scott is also an Air Force Veteran in Fuels and graduate student majoring in Counseling. Military Family!
