Throughout her VA career she held various administrative positions in Medicine and Surgery service lines, including supervisor of the Credentialing and Privileging department and administrative officer for the VISN 4 Office of Quality, Safety, and Value. Her permanent role is Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff at VAPHS. Gwen holds a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation science from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in health administration from Ohio University.
