Mr. McCants is a U.S. Air Force Veteran (2001-2007). He began his VA career in 2016 at the White River Junction VA Medical Center as a Contract Liaison Officer. He served as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at WRJ since June 2020, and served as Acting Associate Director at WRJ from February to August 2022. He has extensive healthcare supply chain and healthcare administration experience from his time working with the Department of Defense and serving Veterans through his VA career.

Mr. McCants earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of South Carolina, master’s degree in healthcare administration at Southern New Hampshire University, and several Supply Chain Professional Certificates from Penn State University Smeal College of Business.
