We offer individual and group therapies to support your needs. 

We use evidence-based therapies, including these:

• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

We have a peer support group, OIF/OEF Veteran group, and a spouse support group to meet your needs.

You must have a referral from your counselor before joining a group.
