Whole Health centers around what matters to you, not what is the matter with you. This means working with you to develop a personalized health plan based on your values, needs, and goals. A plan that you and your health care team will use to guide and plan your care throughout your VA experience. Whole Health includes self-care and complimentary therapies along with conventional medical care. Our Whole Health program includes:

- Peer facilitated groups
- Health Coaching

Intro to Whole Health:
Open to all Veterans, their support system (spouse, partner, child, caregiver, parent, etc) and VA employees to learn more about:
- Whole Health approach
- Concepts of Whole Health living
- Phoenix VA Whole Health offerings
- Starting a Whole Health journey

After attending an Intro to Whole Health, you will receive a follow up call from the Whole Health team to answer any questions you might have and get you signed up for the offerings you are interested in.
Some offerings include, but are not limited to:
Taking Charge of My Life and Health (TCMLH):
Weekly work groups, held virtually, that provide resources and support as you explore what you want your health for, areas of self-care and goal creation around what matters to you.
Health Coaching:
After completing TCMLH, continue your Whole Health journey with health coaching. Coaches partner with you as you work toward your health and well-being goals based on what is important to you, your values and your needs.
Wellbeing Offerings:
Movement classes are offered throughout the week with a focus on improving flexibility, strength and balance while reducing stress. Other benefits depending on the class include pain management, building endurance and more.
