Valentino grew up on a Christmas tree farm in South Jersey. She completed her undergraduate and pharmacy education at the University of Pittsburgh, and completed PGY1 and PGY2 psychiatric pharmacy residencies at the  VA Salt Lake City Healthcare System. Upon completion of residency training, she accepted a position as a substance abuse and mental health clinical pharmacist in the primary care setting at the  VA Salt Lake City Healthcare System. When outside of work, Valentino enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, and live music.
