Mr. Sam McComas was born and raised in Spokane. He was appointed as Nurse Executive in October 2020. His work experience includes Chief of QSV, Risk Manager, Infection Prevention, and inpatient nursing. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from WSU college of nursing in 2005, and a Masters in 2011. He started his VA career as a VALOR student in 2004. Sam was drawn to the VA by, and is honored to participate in, caring for those who have served.
