Whole Health puts you at the center of care, rather than your illnesses or conditions. We work with you to develop a personalized health plan based on your values, needs and goals.

Our Whole Health approach empowers and equips you to take charge of your health, well-being, and quality of life. Whole Health goes beyond your illnesses, injuries, or disabilities, and focuses instead on your values, goals, and overall health. It includes self-care and complementary therapies that have evidence behind them along with conventional medical care.

Our Whole Health program includes:

  • Personal Health Planning including development of mission, aspiration and purpose in addition to SMART goals for your care.
  • Meditation and mindfulness training
  • Virtual Healthy Teaching Kitchen
  • Yoga and Qi Gong classes
  • Massage and other manual therapies
  • Whole Health Coaching
  • Whole Health Partner Support
  • Acupuncture and acupressure to help you manage pain without drugs
  • Battlefield acupuncture or protocolized needling and Auricular acupressure
  • Biofeedback
  • Creative Arts Women’s Health group
  • Whole Health Clinical Care and Consult Service including Functional Medicine evaluation
