After graduating from Auburn University’s Harrison School of Pharmacy, Dr. Ellison worked in retail pharmacy as a Pharmacist-in-Charge, a VA Clinical Pharmacist, Director of Pharmacy at Liberty Regional Medical Center in Hinesville, GA and Pharmacy Manger at Prattville Baptist Hospital in Prattville, AL. She completed the SIDP Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate Program in 2019. In addition to overseeing the daily operational activities of the pharmacy, Dr. Ellison is a member of the Medical Safety Committee and the Infection Control Committee. She is also a member of ASHP. Outside of work, Dr. Ellison enjoys spending time with her grandbabies and traveling.
