As a Veteran, I need to find the VA Health Connect phone number for my health care needs. 

Requesting a change to a VA Health Connect phone number 

VA Health Connect phone numbers are shown on the "VAMC System" content type and are not editable. This information can only be updated by request to the CMS Help Desk. To request changes to the VA Health connect phone number, contact the CMS helpdesk and complete these steps in the form:

  1. In the section "What VA.gov Section are you working on?", choose "API."
  2. Write a subject line, such as "VA Health Connect phone number request."
  3. Include details for the phone number and the date the system will go live.
    • For example: "Can you please add XXX-XXX-XXXX as the VA Health Connect number to the following Health Systems. The date the system will go live is scheduled for [DATE]."
  4. Set the proper priority for your requested change.
  5. Click "Send" to submit the request.
