In this role, Dr. Clark has oversight of Health Information Management Service, Financial, Supply Chain Management, Police Service, Environmental Management Service, Facility Management Service, Health Administration Service, as well as the Veterans Experience Office, Green Environmental Management System, Industrial Hygiene, Safety, and Emergency Management programs.

Dr. Clark has been serving Veterans at the Jonathan M. Wainwright VA since 2010, initially as an audiologist, and in 2020 she moved to the position of Chief Health Informatics Officer. Additionally, she stepped into the role of the Electronic Health Record Modernization Change Lead and Acting Deployment Lead when the Jonathan M. Wainwright VA prepared for its launch to VA’s new electronic health record, which was accomplished in March 2022.

She previously worked three years in private practice as an audiologist in Lewiston, ID before joining VA. 

Dr. Clark received her Doctorate of Audiology from University of California San Diego (La Jolla, CA) and San Diego State University (San Diego, CA) in 2008. She completed her Master of Health Administration from the George Washington University, Milken Institute School of Public Health (Washington, DC) in 2020.
