At the White Plains Vet Center we offer individual and group counseling for PTSD. Evidence-based specialty care for PTSD includes: 

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  •  Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma Recovery Groups for MST
