In Germany (Europe, Africa, or the Middle East)

The BDD office is in building 3724 at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. We’re open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

What you need to know to complete the pre-discharge claim process

  • You’ll need to have a copy of your service treatment records for your most recent service period, and
  • You must be available for 45 days from the date you apply for a VA medical exam, and
  • You’ll need to have enough time in-country to finish the medical exam, which may involve visits to several specialty clinics

In Korea (countries in the Pacific Theater)

The Korea BDD office is in Maude Hall (One-Stop Building).  This is building 6400. We’re in room V301, just before the SFL-TAP office. We’re open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
