North Florida South Georgia Veteran’s Health System strives to provide the best care possible in the most courteous and efficient manner to our Veteran patients.  Patient Advocates are official representatives of the Director and serve as liaisons between patients and the medical team.

Patient Advocates act on the behalf of Veterans and their families as well as help patients understand their rights, responsibilities, and resources available to assist in the management of their care and benefits.
