Important Note

VCP VA Co-Chair, Courtney McGuire, is on extended leave from January 2022 until June 2022. VCP will not be hosting any events during this time.

For community partners, you can contact the VA Social Services Department to request any case management assistance. To request to be contacted by a VA social worker, please call the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center at (303) 399-8020, listen to the prompts until you reach the nurse triage line (press #2). The nurse will take your information and will notify the Social Work Service of your need and you will be contacted by the VA social worker associated with the Veteran you are calling about.
