Columbia, SC Vet Center - Community engagement
We work with several organizations to accomplish the mission of taking care of Veterans and service members:
Savannah Vet Center - Community engagement
We here at the Savannah Vet Center are committed to functioning as a focal point where Veterans and community partners can connect and engage. We actively partner with:
- Team Savannah for Veterans
- SD Gunner Fund
- American Corporate Partners (ACP)
- Soldiers Closet
- Provisions For Patriots
- Veterans Council of Chatham County
We also work with the surrounding military bases such as Ft. Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. Our networks also extend out to the First Responder departments within the greater Savannah area.

Sarasota Vet Center - Community engagement
We value community partnerships and engage with our local communities regularly. Established partners include:

Greenville, NC Vet Center - Community engagement
Greenville Vet Center partners with the Army National Guard and Reserve units as well as state and local law enforcement.
We help local organizations understand how they can collaborate to benefit Veterans and the entire community.
Greenville Vet Center highlights their work educating local law enforcement through Community Intervention Training (CIT) on the factors impacting Veterans involved with the justice system.
Tampa Vet Center - Community engagement
We're committed to functioning as a focal point where Veterans, service members, and community partners can connect and engage. We actively partner with the following entities:
- Bay Area Legal Services - Assists eligible Veterans with an array of legal concerns
- K9 Partners for Patriots - Assists eligible Veterans in the training of service dogs
- Habitat for Humanity Hillsborough County - Assists eligible Veterans to own their own home
- Crisis Center of Tampa Bay - Assists Veterans and their family members with crisis counseling
- MacDill’s Military and Family Readiness Center - Assists active-duty members with resources and information
- Florida Kid Care - Assists eligible Veterans to get dental insurance for their children
Charlotte Vet Center - Community engagement
We are committed to functioning as a focal point where Veterans, service members, and community partners can connect and engage. The Charlotte Vet Center can be your one-stop shop to connect with all local Veteran agencies. We actively partner with numerous local agencies.
Charlotte Vet Center supports local Veterans and service members through partnerships with local universities, businesses, military installations, working with local law enforcement and National Guard Armories. We also provide referrals to Veteran Service Organizations in the community.

Additionally, we value the role of connecting Veterans with each other. We sponsor and host recreational and social events to help Veterans meet and connect. Two examples include our Vietnam Veteran ceremony and our Christmas drive-thru.

Ponce Vet Center - Community engagement
We work to establish relationships with community partners. Our Veteran Outreach Program Specialist is available to coordinate meetings, orientation, and events so you may learn more about our services. Please contact 787-841-3260 and request to speak with our outreach specialist.
Fort Lauderdale Vet Center - Community engagement
We partner with several Veteran organizations in the community such as these:
