Eugene VA Health Care Center – Room 1A003, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.

North Bend VA Clinic – Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Brookings VA Clinic – 2nd and 4th Wednesday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (availability may vary)
