Van services for Veterans

DAV vans

Hours: Individual van schedules vary

We work with Disabled American Veterans and county Veterans Affairs directors to provide transportation for Veterans and authorized caregivers to get to scheduled medical appointments.

Non-DAV van services

Many localities in the region provide other van services to Veterans.

Shuttle services

With 72 Hour Notice, Veterans requiring transportation from Battle Creek to Lansing can request a shuttle. Please contact 1-888-214-1247 ext. 33871. Shuttles begin at 6:15 a.m. and arrive at 7:30 for appointments. Shuttles are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only.

Beneficiary travel benefits include round-trip transportation from your home to the medical center, mileage reimbursement, or special mode transport.
