Van services for Veterans

DAV vans

Hours: Individual van schedules vary

We work with Disabled American Veterans and county Veterans Affairs directors to provide transportation for Veterans and authorized caregivers to get to scheduled medical appointments.

Non-DAV van services

Many localities in the region provide other van services to Veterans.

Shuttle services

With 72 Hour Notice, Veterans requiring transportation from Battle Creek to Wyoming, or Wyoming to Lansing, can request a shuttle. Please contact 1-888-214-1247 ext. 33871.

Battle Creek → Lansing → Wyoming

Departs BC at 6:15 a.m.

Arrives in Lansing at 7:30 a.m.

Arrives in Wyoming at 9:00 a.m.

 

Wyoming → Lansing

Departs Wyoming at 1:30 p.m.

Arrives in Lansing at 3:00 p.m.

 

Shuttles begin at 6:15 a.m. for appointments. Shuttles are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only.

Beneficiary travel benefits include round-trip transportation from your home to the medical center, mileage reimbursement, or special mode transport.
