We have male and female counselors who use a trauma-informed care approach to help those who have experienced MST.

We offer individual and group therapy, such as:

• Military Sexual Trauma Women’s Empowerment group, offered every other Tuesday 
• Military Sexual Trauma PTSD Boot Camp 101 (for women and beginners only), offered every other Monday

These groups are by counselor referral. To get started, please call 301-856-7173.

Roanoke Vet Center offers both male and female counselors. 

Our counselors have extensive experience with sexual trauma care. 

Individual and group sessions are available. 

We have both male and female counselors for your preference. 

We’re here to listen, and we’re trained to help. We offer:

• Individual counseling
• Group therapy
• Evidence-based PTSD treatment
• Referral and connection to our local VA Medical Center MST program

The Richmond Vet Center offers

• Women's group

• Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR) group

Counseling services are available for those who have experienced military sexual trauma. You do not need to report the incident to receive services.

At the Elkton Vet Center and at our satellite locations located in Aberdeen and Salisbury, we have counselors who specialize in Trauma informed care.  We provide therapy and supportive service to MST survivors.  Ask us about our group that meets in Aberdeen.
